I'm not sure what you mean, most aftermarket wheel manufacturers make 9" wide +18 offset for Ram 2500's. The challenge I found was finding stocking retailers for 17x9 +18 8 on 6.5. Most retailers stock 18" and 20" diameter rims in that size though.
