Temp sensor chevy 350

I don't have any issues with temp in higher temp climate it seems. When I start the truck from cold, the temp goes to about 220-230 and the thermostat kicks in and brings it down to 160ish..

If you can't put your temp sensor in your head leave it in the intake. Order the waterneck that I have listed in my picture and put your fan sensor there. Its going to look a little out of place, but will work. Like mentioned above your temp reading is higher at the head than the intake.
