Eastwood Extreme Chassis Black is better than either VHT or POR as far as the finish goes. I've never seen anything done with POR15 that looked good to me. The key to any finish is surface prep. The Eastwood stuff goes on nice especially if you lay down a base of their black primer before top coating.
