Noticed today that you can get -125% (at least) orbital bombardment damage on a planet, and just wanted to know how this would work. Is it additive and removes all damage, is it multiplicative and would give diminishing returns (and wouldn't the modifier sequence matter?) and ...What i personally would like to see in Stellaris is that planets can get bombed out of thier Empire. Lets say you bomb the planet for 3years - every building is ruined - society would colapse into a few "postapocalyptic survivers" which are treated as neutral pops on the planet just like Pre-FTL species.
