About.I cannot get LGI to return calls or e mails. ..our home is under a year old. we moved in July of 2003. the foundation is cracking and the ceiling cracking. I have appliances that are damaged and don't work correctly. The trees they planted are the wrong type for this area and 2 out of 3 are dead. pait job is awful.

Once you're approved the $500 goes toward closing costs. LGI pays the rest of the closing costs which is unusual. For me closing would have been about $7000. I'll take that $500 any day of the week. I had a great experience with LGI.
