So assuming that you have the receipt it is covered.I have Interstate Mega Tron Plus batteries in my Ford Explorers and they crank up fine after sitting for a week. I start up my Reatta in storage every few days. It has/came with a generic looking battery (no brand or stickers on it, maybe it's a recycled one) but it seems to do fine. I'm not sure how much current my Reatta draws though
