Trying to pop a pimple can seriously damage your skin and cause scarring, especially when the pimple is rooted deep in your skin.Cleanse the area with soap or facial wash, and apply a bit of toner or astringent . If you still have the whitehead, continue with these steps: Grab two cotton swabs to use instead of your fingers. Use the swabs to apply gentle pressure to the sides of the pimple. Work the cotton swabs around the pimple.To use, cleanse your skin and then apply a hydrocolloid patch (aka pimple patch) to the treatment area, leave it on for a few hours, and peel it off.
