I started at 15 yds to see if I can hit paper, and if so where on the paper? I finally got it somewhat zeroed at 15 yds, then went out to 25 yds to zero it in.Then have the carrier welded up for a sear if needed so you can leave the pin in place at the top of receiver. Add the 4 US parts to the trigger pack with a complete drop in 922r trigger pack from HK Parts. Then a US handguard, US folding Choate stock, and a US cocking handle if needed- which would put you at 7 US parts.

Dakota Tactical is top notch. Unfortunately mine took over a year to complete and deliver. Unless you have to have the real deal HK, I'd say go with the Ap5. They're built right and are compatible with all the HK accessories you could want. The value in my opinion is really tough to beat. Especially since they are also offering $200 rebate now.The SP5 even though it has "a shelf" vs.a traditional machinegun push pin, will still allow a factory spec full auto trigger pack to be installed on the gun. The reason being is the dimension depth of the SP5 shelf behind the magwell (where it counts) isn't really any deeper than the molded in sheet metal insert in the grip frame.Of course the bigger SP5 has the surefire lighted handguard, which if something similar existed for the SP5K, I would be all over it, as that is perfect.
