Disc's are applying forse in a whole different direction. The drums are just applying equal but opposite forse to an imoveable object (drum). There is no rotational force.I swapped out the front axel on my 65 FJ 45 for a 78 disc brake axel and put the typical Monte Carlo conversion on the rear.
