They contain materials like talc and other inert materials that are good for filling sanding scratches. Epoxy will not fill scratches, that is why it's great to use as a sealer.If you have media blasted your car sand it with 80 grit sand paper. This is for the epoxy to stick to. Blasting leaves the body too slick. Wash and dry as soon as possible. Then spray with 2 coats of epoxy. Since yours has etching primer on it just scuff it down with a red scotchbrite pad.
