Where only paid the hours we work, with the fastest drivers getting efficient pay which is just guaranteed 10 hours. I imagine it's really about lowering their liability. If someone gets hit by an Amazon van, they sue the DSP not Amazon. If a driver gets road rage and assaults another driver, they sue the DSP not Amazon.
