The most likely killers to use STBFL are killers who have a strong M2 and can avoid losing stacks, which is basically just using the perk’s loophole. Deathslinger, Nemesis, Demogorgon. ….

But yeah, I think the perk should get a nerf.STBFL is always a decent perk on killers that have multiple good ways of hurting people, huntress and trickster and ph all have ranged attacks that could injure and down the obsession but 2/3 of these guys have 110% speed and use their ranged weapons, not their melee 9/10 times, and ph is a more mixed killer that uses melee and is a 115% killer.Fearmonger and STBFL are super helpful on her. I find I lose the first three gens fairly quickly, but I can make it pretty hard for survivors to do anything about the last two gens. As long as I have 8 stacks of STBFL and maybe a couple hooks by the time we get down to two gens, I'm feeling pretty good about my chances.
