When placed down, all nearby players are granted water-breathing outside of the Abyss, along with immunity to the Sulphuric Poisoning debuff.Stat Changes. All NPCs from both Calamity and Vanilla, as well as the Eternia Crystal are made immune to every debuff. All NPCs take 2 times as much damage from all projectiles in Normal Mode and 4 times as much in Expert Mode. This is to make them more consistent with the damage the player takes.Crush Depth is a debuff inflicted by most Abyss enemies and weapons. If inflicted on an enemy, they will lose 50 health per second. If inflicted on the player, they will instead lose 9 health per second. If the player has the Depths Charm equipped, they will only lose 4.5 health per second.
