Alk 200 ppg
I use ALK-200 all the time. It’s a industrial enamel sold by PPG. I really like it. I use it on the chassis as well as on the body. It is ready right out of the can but..... You don’t need the reducer.... it sprays out really well as is. I use the hardener. It doesn’t use much 15:1. Hey guys I've got some alk200 that's about 6yrs old and was wondering if it's still good. I opened the can and stirred it and it's got junk in the bottom. After stirring and removing some of the junk it seem pretty good. All I'm spraying is a canopy in built for my tractor.

The finish dries fairly fastand hard, has good gloss, can be painted directly on bare metal (or primed), and is cheap at $35 pr gal plus about $10 for hardener.
