Abs brake accumulator
So having alot of trouble with my 105 cruiser and the abs brake booster pump & accumulator. About 12 weeks ago was driving and pump failed causing loss of brakes, so took it to my mechanic and we put a complete used abs pump master cylinder booster in, this worked for about a month and abit then symtoms of failing started to show.Step 4: continue the brake booster replacement process by using a small screwdriver or pick, remove the retaining clip from the booster pushrod. Then remove the pushrod from the brake pedal. Step 5: Next, remove the brake booster fasteners. Remove the fasteners securing the booster to the bulkhead. These are typically located under the dashboard.After reading and testing all abs/brake issues, I have come to the conclusion I need to replace the accumulator. Pump runs, hard pedal, no rear brakes, ABS and brake fluid lights stay on. 1st, Is there a better list of which US cars came with the accumulator other than some ford and GM cars...
