There supposedly is a difference between them. A 4.10 gear set has 10 teeth on the pinion and 41 teeth on the ring, a 4.11 has 9 teeth on the pinion and 37 teeth on the ring. So in theory a 4.10 set will have more gear to gear contact therefore spreading the stress more evenly but a 4.11 will have larger teeth and possibly a stronger gear..
